What is your minimum order amout?
Our minimun order for Buffets is 25 Guests.
How many triangles are in a round of sandwiches?
Our sandwiches are cut into 4 smaller triangles.
How many sausage rolls are in a portion?
We allow 2 of these items per portion.
How many chicken drumsticks or Goujons are in a portion?
1 of each per portion
How many Pizza / Quiche or Tartlettes are in a portion?
1 slice per portion.
How manoy Vol-Au-Vents per portion?
2 per portion
Crisps are approx 15g per portion as are other nibbles.

Can you make Buffets suitable for Vegetarians?
Yes, we can make buffets that are suitable for Vegetarians.
Can you make Buffets suitable for Vegans?
Yes, we can make buffets that are suitable for Vegans
Yes, but please discuss with us if you or any of your guests are highly sensitive to either gluten based products or dairy free.
Buffets can be made with using gluten free and non dairy based products, however, whilst I take great care when it comes to cross contamination ie thorough washing and rinsing of utensils and surfaces, I do prepare other gluten and dairy based products in my kitchen and therefore cannot guarantee them being 100% trace free.
Please be aware that although ingredients such as nuts can be removed from any Buffet item, they are still used in our kitchen so we cannot guarantee that any of our Buffets are completely trace free of them.
